Welcome to AI Hair Studio. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our web application services.

2. Information We Collect

• User Content: Facial photos you upload for hairstyle generation and face shape analysis.
• Identity Data: Email address and profile name (via Google/Email login).
• Transaction Data: Purchase history. We do not store credit card numbers. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device info for service stability.

3. Data Processing & Third-Party Sharing

We use trusted third-party providers to operate our service:

• Google Cloud & Vertex AI (USA): For AI image processing.
• Stripe: For secure payment processing.
• Firebase: For authentication and data storage.

4. Face Data Handling

We process your photos solely to generate hairstyles. Original photos are deleted from our processing servers immediately after the result is generated. We do not use your photos for model training or sell them to third parties.

If you choose to create a public voting link, we temporarily store the selected original photo and hairstyle result in Firebase Storage so your friends can view and vote on them. These voting images are stored only after you actively click Create Voting Link, are associated with a public share link, and are automatically deleted after 7 days or earlier if you revoke the link from your profile. Creating a voting link is optional; regular hairstyle generation does not upload images for sharing.
