How successful usage is counted
A try-on counts after the server receives and validates a generated image and commits its usage record. Failed validation or generation does not count. A browser display receipt is used only for statistics; downloads and receipts do not control billing.
Planned paid-credit rules
- Subscription allowance refreshes per actual successfully paid billing cycle and does not roll over.
- Extra packs require a merchant-confirmed one-time payment. There is no automatic overage billing.
- Each pack expires 12 calendar months after successful payment and may carry over between subscription cycles.
- Credits expiring soonest are used first; equal expiry dates favor subscription credits, then earlier pack purchases.
- Upgrades and downgrades are intended to take effect at the next successfully paid cycle, subject to validating Woo Billing support.
- Canceling renewal preserves the paid period already purchased. After it ends, the store returns to Free; extra-pack usage and purchasing pause without an active paid subscription, while pack expiry continues.
- Renewal failure or suspension does not grant another unpaid cycle.
Refunds
No paid sales are open. The proposed entitlement handling removes eligible unused credits associated with an approved refund, preserves historical successful usage, and sends partial refunds or partly used packs for manual review. Refund eligibility and actual payment processing must follow the final published terms and Woo Billing review. These are not promises of an automatic refund.
