WooCommerce · independent cloud integration
Service Terms
These terms cover the TryHair WooCommerce connector and associated cloud virtual wig try-on service. They do not replace the separate terms for our consumer website, Shopify app, WooCommerce or your hosting provider.
Effective date: November 1, 2026. Service and legal contact: contact@tryhair.ai.
1. Provider and scope
TryHair.ai (“TryHair,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the TryHair WooCommerce service. Questions, privacy requests and legal notices may be sent to contact@tryhair.ai.
The merchant using the connector must have authority to act for its store. These terms describe conditions of service access; displaying them alone does not establish that every shopper has provided legally required consent. Applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected.
2. Current service status
The WooCommerce integration is in a development/test release. Free usage is available to eligible connected stores. Paid subscriptions, extra-pack purchases and live Woo Billing are not enabled. Prices shown on the WC pricing page are proposed commercial terms, not a payment demand, available checkout or Marketplace approval. Compatibility with every theme, plugin, device or hosting environment is not guaranteed.
3. Installation, connection and merchant responsibilities
The service requires a compatible WordPress/WooCommerce installation, suitable product images, network access and an authenticated TryHair connection. Public HTTPS and reachability of the fixed verification route are needed for self-service connection. Keep your hosting, administrator accounts and credentials secure. Do not expose connection secrets or give other stores access under your identity.
Merchants control which products have TryHair enabled, the accuracy and rights to their product content, storefront notices and any required permissions for shopper data. Contact us before copying an installation or changing its address; moving domains does not automatically create a new allowance or transfer entitlement.
4. Image rights and permitted use
Use only portraits and product images you own or are authorized to process for this purpose. Obtain permission from identifiable people where required. You retain any rights you hold in submitted content and authorize the limited processing and service-provider transmissions needed to validate inputs, generate previews and deliver results. This does not transfer ownership of your source images to TryHair.
Do not submit unlawful, exploitative, non-consensual, abusive or infringing content; impersonate others; interfere with the service; evade limits; or attempt to obtain another store's data or credentials. Any use involving children must satisfy applicable permissions and protections. Output rights can depend on applicable law, source-image rights and provider conditions; we do not promise exclusive ownership or universal copyright protection of AI output.
5. What counts as usage
Free provides 10 successful try-ons every 30 days from the first connection for eligible stores, without rollover. The fixed cycle does not restart on reinstall or reconnect. Same-domain eligibility restrictions prevent duplicate Free claims; an additional site may connect without receiving another Free allowance.
The server reserves a credit before generation, validates a successful generated image and commits usage before returning it. Failed input validation or failed generation does not count as a successful try-on. A successful server generation can count even if a shopper closes the page, the network fails during delivery, or the result is not displayed or downloaded. Browser display receipts record statistics only and do not authorize usage charges. Unresolved requests can retain a reservation for up to 15 minutes; a timeout alone does not prove successful delivery or cancellation.
Cached results have a five-minute retrieval window and may be lost on instance changes or restarts. We do not provide a permanent image archive or guarantee later recovery; save a result you wish to keep. Contact support with a request time or error code for a usage dispute, without resubmitting private photos by email.
6. AI limitations and shopping decisions
A preview is an illustration, not a promise of physical fit, exact shade, texture, density or product suitability. AI can distort details or produce inaccurate output. It is not medical advice or an identity-verification tool. Merchants remain responsible for product representations and sale terms; shoppers should use the merchant's actual product information when purchasing. We do not guarantee improved conversions, reduced returns or any commercial result.
7. Planned subscriptions, packs and refunds
No paid WC purchase can currently be made. If paid service is launched, the checkout and then-current terms must clearly disclose the price, billing cycle, payment authorization, pack expiry, cancellation and refund process before purchase. The intended rules are described on the pricing page, including 12-calendar-month packs, earliest-expiry consumption and actual successfully paid subscription cycles. Woo Billing date and plan-switching support still require validation before launch.
These terms do not authorize a real charge, automatically enroll a store in a paid plan or promise a refund entitlement beyond applicable law and final purchase terms. Approved adjustments must relate to the affected payment and unused entitlement, preserve historical successful usage, and avoid duplicate grants or deductions. No consumer-site or Shopify refund rule is automatically imported into the WC service.
8. Privacy and support
The WC Privacy Notice explains image processing, service providers, usage records and deletion requests. Disconnection or plugin removal does not erase all operational history. Contact contact@tryhair.ai for support or legal notices. We do not currently advertise a response-time SLA, uptime guarantee or 24-hour support commitment.
9. Disconnection, restriction and service changes
Merchants can stop use by disabling the integration or disconnecting the store. Disconnecting revokes the cloud connection while preserving records described in the privacy notice. If a paid service is introduced, disconnecting must not be assumed to cancel a billing contract unless the published billing flow confirms cancellation.
We may restrict requests or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal requirements or material breach, and may change features for maintenance or service viability. Where practicable and legally required we will give appropriate notice. Nothing here authorizes ignoring prepaid rights, required refunds or other mandatory obligations if paid service is introduced. Service availability also depends on the merchant's hosting, network and third-party providers.
10. Responsibility and mandatory rights
During this test release, the service is supplied subject to its stated limitations and without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free or precisely accurate results. Each party remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Updates and contact
Changes apply from their stated effective date, subject to notice, consent and other requirements of applicable law. Material changes to paid rights, if any are introduced, must follow the relevant purchase terms and platform rules. For questions or to discuss requirements before providing shopper data, contact contact@tryhair.ai.
