Suggested reviewer test

  1. Install the ZIP on an isolated public HTTPS WooCommerce staging store. Activate the plugin and connect from WooCommerce → TryHair.
  2. Enable TryHair on a published simple wig product with usable product images.
  3. Check that the storefront dialog follows the selected image; repeat with a variation image and a main-image fallback.
  4. Use an authorized sample portrait and generate once. Verify display, download and a one-credit increase in successful usage.
  5. Try an unsuitable image. Verify that it returns an actionable error without another successful debit.
  6. Refresh the dashboard and check allowance, used, available, in-progress and refresh date.
  7. Disconnect and reconnect. Verify that usage and the original Free cycle remain; do not expect a new trial.
  8. Check that paid plans are informational and no checkout or fake paid authorization is available.

Connecting and actual generation involve the real preview cloud service. Successful test generation consumes Free allowance. We do not publish reviewer passwords, service credentials or unlimited trial bypasses.

What is and is not complete

The Free cloud flow and server-success ledger are operational. Paid source accounting, expiry, refund-review settlement and audit archival are implemented and tested locally and against isolated database records. The deployed preview does not expose paid purchases or Billing callbacks. Sandbox payment/renewal/switch/refund integration, public live-store access and completion of applicable operational/privacy arrangements remain launch prerequisites.

Billing sandbox request

We intend to use Woo SaaS Billing for monthly subscription plans and merchant-confirmed one-time extra packs. We request sandbox access after the submission advances through business review, to validate the complete integration before sales open.

Commercial points to resolve

The intended next-paid-cycle upgrade/downgrade policy must be checked against Woo's switching and proration behavior. Free-plus-paid submission handling and cross-platform pricing comparison also need Marketplace confirmation. WC and Shopify are separate integrations with different proposed Growth/Pro quotas and extra-usage mechanics; the WC price table alone does not establish pricing-policy compliance.
