WooCommerce · independent cloud integration
Before you submit.
Owner checklist. All files in this directory are public-safe, but public hosting alone does not complete the product review.
Ready in this folder
- Product overview, proposed pricing, merchant setup and support pages.
- Actual development UI captures and a clearly labeled walkthrough.
- Plugin review ZIP, checksum, submission copy and reviewer instructions.
- WC privacy and service terms reflecting the current data-handling mechanisms.
Complete before submission or public shopper launch
- Public policies use the TryHair.ai brand and contact@tryhair.ai consistently with the Shopify product. Provide the actual registered business details privately if requested by Woo, and confirm that the contact mailbox is monitored.
- Confirm rights to the sample product photographs before publishing these captures. They come from the existing development product fixtures; no new rights clearance is asserted.
- Provision a separate public HTTPS WooCommerce review store. A static page under /wc cannot run WordPress or receive Billing webhooks.
- Provide temporary reviewer access through the private vendor discussion, never in this public directory.
- Record a WC-specific video. Do not substitute a Shopify demonstration.
- Review applicable privacy roles, provider settings and transfer arrangements, maintain necessary data-processing agreements, and implement appropriate shopper notices before public rollout. Ordinary request/display records use a 60-day asynchronous deletion policy; identity, accounting, infrastructure logs and support records have separate retention criteria. These policies do not certify compliance for every jurisdiction.
- Run the required QIT and current WordPress/WooCommerce compatibility matrix; resolve results rather than treating unit tests as certification.
- Apply for vendor approval, submit the product and request Billing sandbox access through the submission discussion.
- Confirm switching/proration and Free/paid listing treatment with Woo; then implement and test the real Billing adapter before enabling paid sales.
Hosting check after your deployment
Open /wc/index.html, /wc/docs.html, /wc/privacy.html and the ZIP download. Firebase Hosting has cleanUrls enabled, so .html may redirect to its extensionless equivalent. Existing static files should be served before fallback rewrites; verify the production ZIP is a real ZIP and not an HTML fallback page. No site-wide Firebase configuration is changed by this materials bundle.
Pages marked noindex are still public; noindex is not access control. Never add credentials, private review discussion or customer data to this folder.
