Control additional usage. On Starter, Growth, and Pro, additional try-ons are enabled or disabled from the App. If disabled, new generations stop when the included tier is reached. Shopify calculates charges using the pricing tiers approved by the Merchant.
Billing details
- Billing cycles, plan approvals, plan changes, taxes, invoices, credits, and payments are handled by Shopify.
- Failed photo checks, rejected images, failed generations, and results that are not successfully displayed are not counted as successful try-ons.
- Each pseudonymous shopper visitor is limited to seven successful try-ons per fixed seven-day period, independently of the Merchant’s plan.
- The authoritative price and effective date are always shown on Shopify’s plan-selection or confirmation page before approval.
Pricing may be updated for future billing periods in accordance with Shopify’s requirements and our Terms of Service. Existing charges are governed by the plan approved in Shopify.
